3. Booking and Appointments

• Missed appointments without prior notice are considered used and non-refundable.
  
  
• Prepaid packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with management approval.

• All services are provided under the supervision of qualified clinical nutrition specialists.
  
  
• Results vary from person to person depending on body type and level of commitment.
  
  
• The center is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow the nutrition plan or instructions.
  
  
• Clients must inform the specialist of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or previous surgeries before starting the program.
  
  

6. Legal Responsibility

The center is not responsible for:

• Health issues resulting from undisclosed medical information.
  
  
• Misuse of services or failure to follow instructions.
  
  
• Effects of external treatments performed outside the center without informing the specialist.
  
  

Providing accurate medical and personal information is the responsibility of the client.
